Hi there, I’m Holly.
I’m a mentor, a professional, an educator, a coach, and a neurodivergent adult.
I grew up on a small island in the tropics, where I was placed in the Gifted program and took advanced courses throughout middle and high school. Those strategies carried me for a long time, but when I reached college, things began to shift. I struggled in ways I couldn’t quite explain, and after being encouraged to seek testing, I was diagnosed with ADHD and dyscalculia (a learning difference similar to dyslexia, but affecting numerical processing). With accommodations, I was able to complete my degree and move into the workforce.
Even then, challenges continued—professionally and socially. Something consistently felt “off.” I sensed that I processed the world differently from the people around me, and I burned out more quickly than many of my peers. I didn’t have the language for it yet, but I knew there was more to the story.
In 2023, after joining TikTok, I began seeing content from women who were late-diagnosed with ASD. Their experiences echoed so many of my own. That recognition pushed me to pursue answers. I was working at a company that covered the diagnostic process, so I contacted the Neuropsychology Department at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and completed an intake. Under the care of Dr. Taylor Liberta, I went through a full evaluation and was diagnosed with ASD, along with confirmation of a few conditions from earlier in life, including dyspraxia and hyperlexia.
Why families like working with me
Authenticity
I’m neurodivergent myself, and I understand the challenges your teen is facing. I have been formally diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, dyscalculia and dyspraxia. I’ve been there before, and I had to figure it all out on my own. I can help guide both you and your child through challenges and transitions using my lived experience and what I’ve learned from other neurodivergent adults.
Proven Mentorship
I bring 14+ years of coaching, mentoring, and teaching experience to each session. I’ve helped to guide and teach students, young professionals, and colleagues throughout my career, on everything from social structures to salary negotiations.
High-Touch Support
I provide personalized coaching tailored to your family’s needs: there’s no one-size-fits-all, formulaic approach. Sessions won’t be crammed with irrelevant topics or generic worksheets that aren’t related to what we’re discussing — each session is designed to address specific challenges and needs you or your child are facing.
Trusted Perspective
Parents say I bridge the gap between understanding their teen’s world and guiding them toward independence. And that’s my goal when I’m working with you — I want to give your child the tools they’ll need to navigate the world with confidence and an abiding knowledge that they’re safe and supported.
